In August of this year, the new register of overseas entities (ROE) created under the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 came into force. CLIG members are invited to join an informative talk with Sam Lloyd, Director of CRO, Company Registrations Online where  the process for the Registration of Overseas Entities will be explained. He’ll also cover what information will be shown on the public register and what happens after an overseas entity is registered. Liz Kinsey, Operations Director of CRO will also cover the verification process. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions.
