CLIG's Treasurer James Mullan was honoured at the recent British and Irish Association of Law Librarians (BIALL) Conference as Wildy's Law Librarian of the Year.  This prestigious award, established in 2005, is seen by many as the apogee of law librarianship.  James is particularly well known for his blog, The Running Librarian, as well as for his work on BIALL's Web Committee.  Blogs are not his only speciality however, he has long been a champion of a range web 2.0 tools that have come to our attention, and has spoken and written widely on the subject.  The City Legal Information Group committee wishes to congratulate James on this our brand new website.
