How to Build Resilience and Change your Mindset
Posted Wednesday, 27th May 2020 by Grant Hood
In these times more than ever, resilience is an increasingly important skillset to have.
Do you find yourself wanting to give up before you’ve even started? Do you catastrophise when signs appear that things aren’t going to plan or find it hard to bounce back when they really do go wrong? If so this talk is for you.
This session will explore:
- what is meant by resilience
- is it possible to increase our natural level of resilience?
- hints and tips for creating a more positive mindset
- tools to help get back to that mindset when things go wrong
