CLIG Panel Talk “Delivering Training: Techniques, Tips and Delivering Remotely"
Posted Friday, 5th February 2021 by Grant Hood
CLIG are pleased to invite you to attend our panel talk as thoughts, for many of us, turn to trainee intakes and seat changes. Whether training is a once annual event for you, or a weekly endeavour, join us as we hear from four experts from both academic and corporate environments, about their delivery methods. Our panel consists of:
Alice Tyson – Access Librarian at Institute of Advanced Legal Studies
Andy Horton – Senior Library Manager at BPP
Anthony Callan – Research Services Manager at Trowers & Hamlins
Karen Brown – Head of Library Services at Dentons
We’ll be discussing:
· What sort of training do we deliver and how will this change due to Covid?
· What formats and technologies do we use?
· How to recover from things not going to plan
And plenty more!
