Navigating Change seminar

Tuesday, 28th July 2009 at 7:15pm till 9:00pm

Even when the economy is not in a recession, working life can be full of surprises, both pleasant and unpleasant. An essential skill for all employees is the ability to respond appropriately to the changes and transitions that are a regular part of the modern business world. This workshop encourages you to think about your standard reactions to change and provides you with tools and ideas to help you to maintain your confidence and cope effectively in change situations.

David Winter has been a consultant with The Careers Group for over 15 years. In that time he has worked with a large number of individuals and organisations undergoing transitions: from students starting their careers to executives downshifting, from small firms establishing graduate programmes to international institutions in the middle of restructuring.
