Working through the downturn: core insolvency concepts and recent trends

Earlier in the year PLC very kindly provided a seminar on this topic which was hugely successful. In response to popular demand from our event earlier in the year, on the 30th September, we will return to Practical Law Company for an update on insolvency issues.  Places are limited; preference will be given to CLIG members

  • a brief look at  the CA 06 implications ahead of the October implementation
  • the insolvency procedures in England and Wales and current trends in practice
  • recent developments in lending practice.
