Companies, Officers and Individuals Information – What you need to know

The effect of Companies House decommissioning the CHD (Companies House Direct) service, to be replaced by CHS (Companies House Service) and recent introduction of the SBEE Act and 4th Money Laundering regulations have and will change the way we obtain important information. Sam Lloyd will provide an update on the CHD/CHS situation and discuss how legislative changes have affected the way we obtain vital information from Companies House. He will also be providing some important aspects to be aware of in the provision of general information, together with some useful information regarding International Shareholder availability and some specific updates regarding obtaining beneficial ownership information on foreign entities.


Following the talk there will be an opportunity to network over some drinks.


With over 35 years of experience in the information solutions and company registration arena, Sam started his career as a junior search clerk and has since held posts as Managing Director and Executive Director within the industry. Sam also steers policy affecting the information services and company formations industry by serving as Director and Secretary of The Association of Company Registration Agents Ltd, by holding high level meetings and consultations with representatives of Companies House, BEIS and the Treasury.
