AI in the legal sector – an overview for information professionals

CLIG invites you to join Jake Hearn lead a presentation on the current state of AI in the legal sector.Jake Hearn is Assistant Librarian at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. For three years, prior to his current role,he worked for a commercial law firm, supporting the firm's Dispute Resolution & Litigation, and Innovation & Legal Technology teams. He currently serves on the Editorial Board for Legal Information Management as Vice-Chair.

In this lunchtime webinar, Jake will give us an overview of what AI is, what it means in the context of the legal sector, specifically for information professionals and the opportunities it presents. He will also consider the topical “Chat GPT” and it’s potential impact on legal services.
